The warranty lasts 3 months from delivery and provides replacement rather than repair. It covers stitching that opens or unravels; failed zippers, magnetic closures, or drawstrings; broken strap or handle attachment points; broken hardware; abnormal plating loss during normal use when it wasn’t caused by scraping or impact; lining delamination or cracking; arrival damage; and the wrong color or item being sent.
It doesn’t cover the body becoming softer or losing shape with use; scratches, wear marks, stains, or natural color changes; damage from water, moisture, intense sun exposure, or chemicals; problems after customer modification or repair; or claims outside the 3-month period. To request replacement, email the order number and clear photos showing the defect; after verification, we’ll arrange a replacement.
