What does the warranty cover?
The three-month warranty starts on delivery and provides replacement rather than repair. Eligible issues include opened or loose stitching; failed zips, magnetic closures, or drawstrings; broken strap or handle connections; broken hardware; abnormal plating loss during normal use that wasn’t caused by scraping; separated or cracked lining; arrival damage; or receipt of the wrong color or style.
It doesn’t cover normal softening or slouching, scratches, wear marks, stains, natural color changes, damage from water, moisture, intense sun exposure, or chemicals, problems after personal alterations or repairs, or claims made after the three-month period. To request coverage, email your order number and clear photos showing the defect.
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement, limited to one replacement per order. If the original color is unavailable, you may select another color or receive a full refund.
